Rule 32
Archives and Conservation of National Heritage
(1) For the purpose of Section 29 of the Act, the relevant concerned body shall publish the details of the objects, places, flora, fauna and environmental conditions to be included in the national heritage record in a national daily newspaper and on its website for the information of the general public. (2) If anyone has any feedback regarding the items, places, flora, fauna and environmental conditions mentioned in the details published in accordance with sub-rule (1), they can give their feedback to the concerned authorities within thirty days from the date of publication of such details.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), after receiving the feedback, the relevant concerned body shall prepare records related to national heritage.
(4) In order to identify the objects or places included in the record as per sub-rule (3), marks or borders shall be placed on such objects or places as required.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the information related to the sign or boundary and the related map shall be kept up-to-date by the concerned body and the information thereof shall also be given to the department.
(6) The relevant concerned bodies shall approve and implement the necessary programs for the protection and management of the national heritage included in the records.
(7) The relevant concerned agencies should regularly monitor the national heritage and prepare an annual report and provide it to the department and the ministry.
